  • Wednesday evenings- 2 hours every other week, 7pm-9pm

  • Friday lunch hour- 1 hour weekly at 1pm

  • Mix and match to get your hours

  • Groups- $45/hour

  • In Person and Online options

  • Individual sessions available as needed
